"Mastering" Video Information

• Customers who purchase videos will receive a Download notice from the cart immediately after payment is made. A separate (other than the receipt) email is sent with a download link. This download is merely a single page PDF file that contains link and passcode to view and download the videos.

• The cart PDF download with your passcode expires in 30 days. Video access DOES NOT expire.

• The videos are hosted on Vimeo and will be in a "Showcase." The passcode provides access to the Showcase and all videos.

• Video's can be watched online. They will be optimized for the device you are using.

• Video's can be easily be downloaded simply by clicking the "down arrow" icon.

• You can choose to download your videos at 240p, 360p, 540p, 720p, or 1080p. File sizes are shown for each.

• A 45 minute video can range from 98Mb at 240p to 325Mb at 1080p.

• Make sure you have the storage space available for your downloads. Large video sets such as Old Testament History (90 videos) will require about 33gb and The Gospels will require about half of that.

• If you watch your videos online you should still download a set for safe keeping as we cannot guarantee that videos will be available online in the years to come. You need to have your own set and a backup copy of that set on a different device. Disks and computers crash and fail!
