Archaeological Dating Methods
Archaeology is typically built upon the evolutionary assumption that man evolved from a stone age (lasting about 3.4 million years) to a bronze age (c. 3000-1200 BC) to an iron age, each evolutionary ascent being accompanied by changes in culture and religion. Actually, there were no “prehistoric” times and no times when man did not use metal, including complex alloy metals. This is a mythical concept. So why the confusion?
