Subject: FBF Pres. Withdraws Endorsement of Mind of God Book

Dear Bro. Cloud,

My name is Jason Call and I am a seminary student at Tabernacle Baptist Theological Seminary. I also work for Dr. Tom Strouse as his Administrative Assistant.

Today Dr. Rod Bell, Sr. revealed that he does not endorse J. B. William’s book "From the Mind of God to the Mind of Man." Apparently, his statement was used without permission. Dr. Bell has forbidden the book to be sold in the church bookstore and has labeled it "dangerous." In our staff meeting, he read letters from Mark Minnick and others proving that he did not condone the use of his name in on the back of the book. He has demanded that future editions do not contain his endorsement.

The bottom line is: the President of the Fundamental Baptist Fellowship and a board member of Bob Jones University has come out against the book that puts Westcott and Hort in heaven and labels D.A. Waite, E. L. Bynum, Jack Chick, and Walter Beebe as "unchristian," "misguided," and "cancerous sore." Dr. Bell will make an announce to the Bible college and seminary on Thursday, April 6th at 10:10 a.m. We plan to videotape the event.

I think that this story will make a good article in your next issue of O Timothy.

You can reach me at this email address or call me at (757) 420-9186.

Jason Call
