DEPUTATION ORGANIZER ... SOFTWARE AVAILABLE FOR MISSIONARIES, EVANGELISTS AND ALL WHO SCHEDULE MEETINGS

Bill Clonch has produced a software tool for missionaries on deputation or furlough, evangelists and all who regularly schedule meetings. The tool is called the "Deputation Organizer". This is "a software package that has been specifically tailored to help meet the needs of the missionary on deputation. With it you'll be able to quickly and efficiently keep track of all scheduled churches with valuable information available at your fingertips. In addition to scheduled churches the Deputation Organizer also maintains information about Prospective churches that can easily be converted to full-blown scheduled churches with the click of a button.

The Deputation Organizer will automatically prompt the missionary with a To Do List quickly identifying upcoming meetings, telephone calls to return, and confirmation letters, reconfirmation letters and thank you letters that need to be generated. What's more, it even produces a chart for the entire year of all meetings and activities so that one's schedule can be quickly identified. By double clicking on any of the colored blocks you will see a screen displaying information about that specific meeting.

The Deputation Organizer instantaneously calculates your current support level and even compares it to your monthly support goal and provides a graph so to chart your progress. Confirmation and reconfirmation letters are generated and can be tailored to meet your specific needs; two types of itineraries can be produced with ease; you can even generate an external file to be used with other common applications as Lotus and Excel.
